Benidorm will hold the 1st of the 7 triathlon races that make up the TriWhite Cup.

This national Triathlon event  consists of 7 different competitions which together makeup  the TriWhite Cup. 

Each competition is ranked but to be included in the overall ranking you have to have taken part in at least 4 of the trials and to have crossed the finishing line on all of them.  The Triathlon takes place in 7 different Spanish locations, the first of which is Benidorm on the 19^th of April, then Alicante (3rd May), Denia (31st May), Pilar de la Horadada (14th June), Torrevieja (21st June), Carbonera (19th September) & San Javier (4th October).

There are 3 different competitions: Olympic: consisting of  1500 meters swimming, 43,5 kilometres cycling and 10 kilometres running. Sprint 750 meters swimming, 20,5 kilometres cycling and 5 kilometres running or the Super Sprint 300 meters swimming, 12,3 kilometres cycling and 2,5 kilometres running.

Sunday 19th April

06:30 h - 10:00 h       Distribution of Bib numbers with proof of identity.

                                Distribution of chips (once in the box with the bicycle)  The only valid chip is the one from the triathlon organisers.

07:00 h - 07:45 h      Check in and opening of the box for the Olympic cyclists.

07:50 h                    Last call for Olympic Competitors.

08:00 h                    Start of the Olympic Competition.

08:45 h - 10:15 h      Check in and opening of the box for the Sprint Competitors.

10:20 h                    Last call for Sprint Competitors.

10:30 h                    Start of the Triathlon Sprint.

11:15 h - 11:45 h      Check in and opening of the box for the Super Sprint competition.

11:50 h                    Last call for Super Sprint Competitors
