From the 15th to the 20th of July, Benidorm celebrates its festivities in honor of the Virgen del Carmen, or Our Lady of Mount Carmel,  patron saint of seafarers,  venerated by sailors and fishermen.

During these special days, events include a solemn Mass, a floral offering, the traditional maritime procession, and the parade of decorated boats along the coast. In addition, various traditional activities take place in the fishermen’s quarter, around the Castle area, and at the Benidorm harbor, where this cherished tradition is celebrated with deep emotion and devotion.
